H. Scott Tenney
is president of Hudson Baylor, a company he helped to found in 1983
following passage of New York State's Bottle Bill. Hudson Baylor
operates facilities in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and
Arizona for collecting and processing returned containers, recycling
plastic, glass, aluminum, and other forms of fiber, including newspaper
and cardboard. Tenney is a member of the New York State Bar and a
former district attorney in Brooklyn, NY.
