What programs are offered at the University of New Hampshire School of Law? 
The University of New Hampshire School of Law offers three LLM programs and three interdisciplinary Master programs in: Intellectual Property, Commerce & Technology, and International Criminal Law and Justice.

When can I begin the program?  
Students have the option to enroll in the fall (August) semester or spring (January) semester.

When are classes scheduled?
Classes are typically scheduled Monday - Friday throughout the day and early afternoon hours.

What are the admission requirements?

Will I be required to take the LSAT examination?
No.

Am I required to take the TOEFL exam? 
If English is not your native language, you must take the test offered by the Testing of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the test offered by International English Language Testing System (IELTS). The test score must not be more than two years old from the date of your application submission. The University of New Hampshire School of Law's Institution Code is 3396 for TOEFL. No code is required for IELTS. No other test of English language proficiency will be accepted.

Do you offer conditional admission to applicants who do not meet the Law Center’s minimum TOEFL requirement?
No.

I’m in the United States and it’s going to be difficult to obtain the original academic documents.  Will you accept photocopies?
No.

Should my transcript be evaluated before I submit it? 
No, but transcripts need to be translated.

Am I required to register for the LSAC LLM Credential Assembly Service?
No, the use of the service is optional. An application can be submitted through the LSAC service or downloaded as a PDF and submitted.

How many students are admitted each year?
The size of the entering class varies from year to year.

Is there an early admissions/decision process?
UNH School of Law has rolling admissions, so applying early is very important. Late applicants are evaluated if time and space permit. Applicants typically receive a decision within four weeks.

What are my housing options? 
Student Services will provide an updated housing list in late fall and late spring. You will need a user name and password to access the housing list; all instructions are posted on the housing website.

Are scholarships or other financial assistance options available to international students? 
International applicants are eligible for International Grants. Priority will be given to individuals who apply before April 1 for the fall term and November 1 for the spring term. To be considered for an International Grant, applicants must also request an International Grant under the Financial Assistance Section in the application. No International Grant is available for the Diploma program.

After completion of the LLM program, will I be eligible to take a bar examination? 
Please visit the the American Bar Association's website for a state by state guide to bar examination requirements. Numerous University of New Hampshire School of Law students have successfully passed the New York Bar exam.

Am I able to eligible to participate in an internship/externship?
Yes.
