Prior to joining the Appellate Defender Program at Franklin Pierce Law Center in August of 2009, Wolford was with the Special Defender Unit and Manchester Office of the New Hampshire Public Defender. She provided legal services to indigent persons charged with crime convictions which could result in incarceration.
