As the assistant dean for admissions, Katie McDonald is responsible for recruitment and admission of students to the JD program.
Prior to joining Pierce Law in 2002, McDonald was vice president of marketing at Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire. She hails from New York City where she worked in banking and social science research.
She has been active for many years in Girl Scouts of Swift Water Council and Junior Achievement and is the founder of the Round Group at Dunbarton Elementary School. She is also currently active with the Capitol Region Food Program and Dunbarton Energy Committee.
As a former competitive distance runner she ran in the first U.S. Team Trials for the women's Olympic Marathon (1984).
