PIC Fellow, Criminal Bureau of the NH Attorney General's Office, Concord, NH
As a PIC fellow in the Criminal Bureau of the NH Attorney General's Office, Heather Flanner worked with two attorneys during a first degree murder trial, and assisted them during witness preparation, attended a deposition, and drafted evidentiary memorandums that were utilized during trial. She also two appellate briefs for the NH Supreme Court, an objection to a motion to suppress, and many memorandums concerning evidentiary and criminal law issues for pending litigation.
