This client is not compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows. If you have a 64-bit version of Windows, please stop by the Computer Services office to have the print queue manually installed.

Once these programs are downloaded and installed, make sure to check for updates (in each program) before running the scans and/or enabling protection. Much like anti-virus software, if not kept up-to-date and run frequently, these programs are useless. Ideally, these programs should be updated and run at least once every week.
