Dorothy W. Chicaderis provides secretarial support for the NH Appellate Defender Program which serves the legal needs of indigent criminal defendants in the NH Supreme Court.
Before joining Pierce Law in 2009, Chicaderis worked for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services for many years in a variety of positions, the most recent being Administrator for Policy and Research in the Office of Alcohol and Drug Policy. After retiring for a time, Chicaderis is happy to be back in the workforce and to have joined the Appellate Defender Program.
In her spare time, Chicaderis enjoys being at home with her husband and their five cats, visiting her son and his family in Hawaii or traveling to Italy.
